Are you a licensed structural engineer who wants to see your work through from the first site visit to the final stamp? Do you enjoy working with smaller entrepreniurial companies ie. a small engineering firm in Southern Ontario? Then this opportunity is for you to lead the engineering voice with clients, on site and in the office.

Your stamp will support our Certificate of Authorization (C of A) under PEO guidelines, so this is a role with real responsibility and real influence on how we work.

Why this role

  • Work directly with clients. You'll be the person they call for advice, clarification and answers when something urgent comes up.
  • Enjoy real variety. Move between structural steel calculations, site reviews, rigging plans, and safety and compliance reports.
  • Split your time between site and office. Most site visits are in Cambridge and Woodstock.
  • Shape the next generation. Mentor our draftspersons and help raise the quality of everything we produce.
