Inside Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Responds to customer inquiries, providing quotes and takes customer orders via, telephone, text, email.
  • Proactively generating sales by actively promoting products to existing customers
  • Routinely interact with customers to obtain and fulfill orders correctly
  • Administer all phases of sales order process to insure effective and timely customer service and response
  • Support incoming calls related to price checks, delivery times, inventory availability, literature requests and order status from Distributors.
  • Partner with Sales Managers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • May assist customer by troubleshooting via telephone or email and identifying correct part
  • Expedites Back orders
  • Ensure follow-up of quotations with calls-to-action.
  • Handle customer returns
  • Position will be responsible for meeting or exceeding both an individual and team sales goal.
  • Attend training sessions regularly to continue growth and development

Required experience

  • Experience in customer service and project management
  • Proven organizational and multi- tasking skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and balance work load.
  • Proven interpersonal skills and strong team player that actively contributes to the group’s success.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
  • Minimum 2- 5 years of order desk customer service is requires.
