Are you a high performance industrial maintenance technician that is in service now or wants to move into field service and travel in through the US.  We are hiring with experience in injection molding or blow molding  to support growth and service in our US customer base. This position is a remote position working from a home office and travelling to client's plants across the USA.

Responsibilities

• Installation of newly purchased injection molding machines at customer locations across the US. This would include supervising the rigging in of the machine into the facility, leveling and connecting the equipment to a ready state.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to solve issues or assist with problem solving and/or training
• Focus on developing a respectful and cooperative relationship with customers to gain their trust and support.
• Work with customers to support their need for spare parts and preventative maintenance programs.
• Other responsibilities as the role evolves.

Requirements of the Position

• The successful candidate will have experience in the operation of injection molding machines and be capable in all aspects of the equipment; Electronic, mechanical and hydraulics.
• Be familiar with the lifting and moving of heavy equipment and the required safety procedures for same.
• Be computer literate in the use of online programs such as excel, word etc.
• Be able to communicate readily with a wide variety of customers.
• Be willing to travel. While the company tries to plan the travel there will be occasions where the candidate will need to re reactive to the situation.
• Be able to work in a non-supervised environment and be reactive be self-starting and demonstrate a “can do” attitude.
