Education & Experience
The Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
The Track Record: 5+ years of progressive HSE leadership within a high-speed manufacturing environment (Injection Molding or Plastics experience is a significant plus).
The Certification: CSP, CIH, or CHMM certifications are highly preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
