Key Responsibilities include: responsible for the design, operational and maintenance support in the following utility equipment systems:
Clean Utilities (Clean Steam, Purified Water, WFI and RO Systems), HVAC Systems, Boilers, Co-Generation, Compressed/Process Air, Process Chillers and Ammonia Refrigeration Process, Alcohol Distillation and Recovery Process, Process Gases, Natural Gas, Bulk Chemical Distribution, Electrical Distribution, Fire Protection, Solvent Gas Detection systems, Water, Cooling towers and Waste
 

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or B.S. degree in an Engineering related filed.
Must possess basic knowledge of core principles in various engineering disciplines
Experience with architectural, MEP and P&ID drawings preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience interpreting electrical and control drawings.
Knowledgeable of electrical design standards, IEEE, building code requirements, NFPA and OSHA life safety regulations to design, safety and maintenance.
Working experience with electrical power distribution at 138kV, 15kV and 480v.
Experience in fire alarm and smoke control systems.
Knowledge of utility and mechanical systems (pumps, valves, materials).
Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, while interfacing with multiple departments, working with internal customers to manage projects.
Functional knowledge of cGMPs and manufacturing operations in FDA regulated facility
 

Do you have experience in Tooling or Mold Designing and an interest in working with a world class industrial manufacturer of injection molding electronic and consumer products.  Designing tight tolerance molds as well as responsible for all design related requirements of the Tool Room. This will include Data management, stamping and extrusion dies, replacement components, new molds and manufacturing needs involved during tool builds.
 
Essential Functions:

Responsible for all data management based on Tool Room needs.
Full mold / tool design as required.
Assist in tooling (project management) from conception to mold / tool completion.
Ensure that all tooling forms/paperwork are being filled out properly.
Assist in coordinating work with outside tooling houses.
Attend design reviews as required.

Full mold design abilities, parting line development and solid modeling.
Ensure that all plant rules, policies and procedures are being adhered to.
Maintain CAD databases for replacement components and new tooling.
Ensure that all tooling forms / paperwork are being filled out properly.
Assist in coordinating work with outside tooling houses.
 
Qualifications (skills, knowledge, experience)

Associate degree or Tool & Die Apprentice certificate from an accredited institution.
Prior experience with CAD software required.
5 years’ experience in plastic injection mold design.
Experience in creating mold parting lines.
Experience in stamping dies helpful.
Prior Tool Room experience.

Are you a high performance industrial maintenance technician that is in service now or plant maintenance that wants to move into field service and travel in a state wide regional territory.  We are hiring with experience in high speed equipment maintenance ie. injection molding, blow molding or packaging equipment maintenance to support growth and service in the US. This position is a remote position working from a home office and travelling to client's plants in the regional territory by a company issued vehicle.
 Responsibilities

Installation of newly purchased plastic molding machines at customer locations across the US. This would include supervising the rigging in of the machine into the facility, leveling and connecting the equipment to a ready state.
Travel to customer sites as needed to solve issues or assist with problem solving and/or training
Focus on developing a respectful and cooperative relationship with customers to gain their trust and support.
Work with customers to support their need for spare parts and preventative maintenance programs.
Other responsibilities as the role evolves.
 
Requirements of the Position

The successful candidate will have experience in the operation and maintenance of one of injection molding, blow molding, thermoforming, extrusion or packaging ie. filing machines and be capable in all aspects of the equipment; Electronic, mechanical and hydraulics.
Be familiar with the lifting and moving of heavy equipment and the required safety procedures for same.
Be computer literate in the use of online programs such as excel, word etc.
Be able to communicate readily with a wide variety of customers.
Be willing to travel. While the company tries to plan the travel there will be occasions where the candidate will need to re reactive to the situation.
Be able to work in a non-supervised environment and be reactive be self-starting and demonstrate a “can do” attitude
